USC targets in action: Week 5 numbers

A look at the stats some USC recruits recorded in their games this past weekend


Class of 2017


* ATH Juwan Burgess (Tampa, Fla./Plant) – USC commit

– Burgess returned a punt 67 yards for a touchdown, he caught a two-yard touchdown pass, and he also compiled six tackles in a 48-17 victory over Tampa (Fla.) Wharton.


* RB Stephen Carr (Fontana, Calif./Summit) – USC commit

– Had 21 carries for 152 yards and two touchdowns in a 35-32 loss to Riverside (Calif.) Norte Vista.


* DE Hunter Echols (Los Angeles, Calif./Cathedral) – USC commit

– Had 12 tackles, four for a loss, including half a sack, and he also had three quarterback hurries in a 28-23 victory over Palos Verdes (Calif.).


* WR Randal Grimes (Las Vegas, Nev./Desert Pines) – USC commit

– Threw a 40-yard touchdown pass in a 20-0 victory over North Las Vegas (Nev.) Mojave.


* TE Erik Krommenhoek (Danville, Calif./Monte Vista) – USC commit

– Had two receptions for 41 yards in a 35-14 victory over Livermore (Calif.) Granada.


* S Bubba Bolden (Las Vegas, Nev./Bishop Gorman)

– Had five tackles, one for a loss, two interceptions and one blocked field goal in a 25-24 victory over Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) St. Thomas Aquinas.


* CB Elijah Hicks (La Mirada, Calif./La Mirada)

– Caught one pass for 27 yards on offense, made five tackles – one for a loss – on defense, and he also returned two punts for 141 yards and one touchdown in a 62-0 victory over Norwalk (Calif.).


* CB Darnay Holmes (Calabasas, Calif./Calabasas)

– Caught 11 passes for 171 yards and one touchdown in a 37-21 victory over Valencia (Calif.).


* LB Levi Jones (Austin, Texas/Westlake)

– Had four tackles, three for a loss, and one quarterback hurry in a 44-14 victory over Buda (Texas) Hays


* DT Terrance Lang (Pasadena, Calif./Maranatha)

– Had four tackles and one sack in a 23-7 victory over Duarte (Calif).


* Isaiah Pola-Mao (Phoenix, Ariz./Mountain Pointe)

– Caught two passes for 87 yards and one touchdown in a 27-13 victory over Phoenix (Ariz.) Desert Vista.


* DT Greg Rogers (Las Vegas, Nev./Arbor View)

– Had five tackles with three tackles-for-loss in a 45-6 victory over Las Vegas (Nev.) Shadow Ridge.


* QB Tua Tagovailoa (Honolulu, Hawaii/Saint Louis) – Alabama commit

– Completed 12-of-26 passes for 116 yards with two interceptions in a 33-20 loss to Honolulu (Hawaii) Punahou.


Class of 2018


* LB Bo Calvert (Westlake Village, Calif./Oaks Christian) – USC commit

– Had four tackles – two for a loss – in a 49-0 victory over Los Angeles (Calif.) University.


* QB Matt Corral (Westlake Village, Calif./Oaks Christian) – USC commit

– Completed 7 of 9 passes for 111 yards and three touchdowns, and he also rushed for a three-yard touchdown in the victory over University.


* LB Raymond Scott (Harbor City, Calif./Narbonne) – USC commit

– Had six tackles and he also blocked a PAT attempt in a 13-6 victory over Los Angeles (Calif.).


* LB Palaie Gaoteote (Las Vegas, Nev./Bishop Gorman)

– Had 12 tackles (7 solo), two quarterback hurries and two pass break-ups in the victory over St. Thomas Aquinas.


* TE Brevin Jordan (Las Vegas, Nev./Bishop Gorman)

– Caught four passes for 29 yards and one touchdown in the victory over St. Thomas Aquinas.


* ATH Brendan Radley-Hiles (Calabasas, Calif./Calabasas)

– Had eight receptions for 107 yards and one touchdown in the victory over Valencia.


* LB Merlin Robertson (Gardena, Calif./Serra)

– Had five tackles (3 solo) and three pass break-ups in a 41-30 victory over Los Angeles (Calif.) Loyola.


Class of 2019


* WR Mycah Pittman (Westlake Village, Calif./Oaks Christian)

– Caught three passes for 30 yards and one touchdown, and her also picked up an offensive fumble and took it 51 yards for a touchdown in the victory over University.


* CB Max Williams (Gardena, Calif./Serra)

– Caught six passes for 70 yards on offense, and he also had four tackles on defense in the victory over Loyola.
