Jones making a name for himself early at USC

By Johnny Curren As the top-rated running back in the ESPN 300 coming out of McKinney (Texas) North, it’s safe to say that Ronald Jones II arrived at USC this past summer with more than a fair amount of hype. Still, having compiled a team-best 169 yards and two touchdowns on the ground through the Trojans’ first two games with an eye-catching average of 12.1 yards per carry, even he’s surprised by the amount of success he's had.
