3rd generation Trojan; played baseball at SC; my sister and her husband went to SC as well; neither of her kids got in and my daughter, who is a senior, probably won’t get in either; the place that has meant so much to me, for my entire life is becoming something I no longer recognize.

    I’m hurting...

Much love to my fellow alums, I hope we only lost the battle and not the war. But, I’m not sure?

    You would be a fool

More than half the schedule is road games and Mr.Fight is horrible at preparing for those, not even above 500.

We got Helton until he retires. I don't see how he ever gets fired. The bar is now 8 wins, soon when all of his 3 star recruits come on, it'll be at long as we play 0.500 ball, then after that as long as the kids are trying. He'll be lifetime coach. I already got 10+ texts from ucla alumni laughing their ass off.

Has a coach ever recovered from this level of disdain from the fans? I'm honestly asking. It seems like at some point there's no coming back.

There is no war, the new AD and president don't care about you or any one has gone to USC before. They don't care about winning or anything like that.

After SC gets throttled by Alabama will there be boos at the Coli for Helton, or are those who care so done that they'll be off enjoying their Saturdays and new life away from Trojan football? What a sad state of affairs. We're less committed to winning football than just about any school in the conference.

I feel it bro. I’m 100% done as an Sc fan and it just fucking sucks because it’s all I know and I can’t just start watching another team. Maybe I’ll start following coach O and LSU while he is there. I’m just so done and over this team. I finally thought this decade long nightmare was coming to an end.

We need to give Harrell a raise. Hopefully find a DC who’s scheme uses the talent we have on D a hell of a lot better than it has been. Pray to God we crack the Top 30 in recruiting, which is a hell of a long way to go, from where we are now.

It's wrong that your family legacies did not get into USC. It's part of the left wing culture the administration is brining to USC, as well as giving spots to foreign students that used to go to legacies.

Lot's of USC alumni kids are going to SEC schools, and schools in Texas. Sad.

There is a brain drain from CA to other states because of tax and regulation situation. Also sad.

Nothing is saving this team until Mr.Fight is gone. He doesn't practice tackling, and half his starting roster is always hurt. The school is really looking after their players and students....

GFY. Legacies with 1500+ SATs, 4.0 unweighted gpa's/4.5 weighted gpa's and outstanding extra-curriculars are not getting in.
Go ahead and continue to preach your D-bag BS.

I’m in the same boat with my kids. But I find it very funny when “LaissezFaire” stands for entitlement. What a world.

I'm a 2nd generation Trojan having my Masters and Undergrad from USC. Luckily, football isn't my lifeblood, so I can do without SC football for awhile, until Helton and/or Bohn are gone. I will forever be a proud Trojan and part of the Trojan Family.
