    Alabama, Clemson #1
    Clemson, Alabama #2
    Oklahoma #3
    USC #4
    Penn St.#5
    Washington #6
    Ohio St. #7
    Florida St. #8
    Oklahoma St. #9
    Wisconsin #10

    Next year I've got

    Florida St.(ACC Champ) Oklahoma(Big 12 Champ), USC(Pac 12 Champ), Michigan,(Big 10 champ) Alabama(SEC champ) One School gets screwed.

Next year will be the first year someone legit gets screwed. Think Oklahoma and FSU are in...with a two loss Bama team, USC and Michigan fighting for the last spot. Someone gets screwed next year....there's no way around it. USC can lose one game but must win the Pac 12 to get in.

#3 or #4 with Oklahoma getting the other spot.

#7 Sooners had a better record but played a #14 team in their bowl (won by 16).

We (#9) were in the only non-NC bowl between two Top 10 teams (PSU #5) so that might get us past OU with our close finish.

#8 Wisconsin might stay ahead of us but they didn't do anything special against #15 W Mich.

Ohio State and Washington should definitely drop out of the top six after laying eggs in the big show.

Still, these rankings can be crazy so it really is no big deal.......we won the RB and potential recruits saw a great program fight a very good team to the death.

    If you're not 1st, you're last, but I'll settle for 3.

I think the 3 losses early in the season will continue to haunt SC when it comes to rankings. Look for voters to justify putting the darlings Sooners and Buckeyes ahead of the Trojans as they only have two losses. The only two loss team they will jump, and should, will be the Huskies. No favorite there among the voters.

So I'm going to say number 5 for the Trojans with Clemson / Bama one or two...and OK / Ohio ST a toss up for three and four.

No other team aside from Alabama and Clemson finished the season playing better ball than our Trojans. We look like the #3 team right now. However, I don't see the committee ranking us ahead of Oklahoma with only 2 losses on their record. What seemed like a disaster season the first month, can turn into a final ranking at #4 to end it. Who would've thought!?

Should be 3, but will probably be 4 or 5.

    FIGHT ON!

College Football News after week four had USC at #35, CBS Sporting News at #37. Today we're talking top five. Anywhere in the top 10 works for me, really. Fight On, Trojans : )

    I'll say:

    Clemson #1 (I hope)
    Alabama #2
    Oklahoma #3
    USC #4
    Penn State #5
    Washington # 6
    Ohio State #7

Cal L.A. #84, because they went 4-8, but #48 is waaaaay too high for them so I switched the numbers and that seemed about right.

Should be 4. Once again, at the end of the year, the hottest team nobody wants to play

I hope I'm wrong, but not as optimism. It seems, based on how other teams were ranked following loses that there won't be enough room for us to end up above #6 in the final ranking. Maybe 5, but prolly not. Has a three loss team ever made it into the top 5?

Time to go root for the crotch grabbers of Clemson. Beat the CuttySark!!!

3 or 4 with Oklahoma. Oklahoma got smoked by Ohio St earlier this year, so that could move us ahead of them after beating Pedo State in the Rose Bowl.

Guys, the voters actually take record into account. 6 most likely, 5 at very best. We aren't passing any of the 4 playoff teams except for a very slight chance at Washington, we don't jump Oklahoma either.

I say 5, but the NCAA will step in and put us behind 8-4 LSU citing ESPNs last Power rating....

What the hell! Bleacher Report has the Purple Pups of Washington at #3 and Trojans at #4? Good thing their bs crap doesn't count. Bunch of morons. Did they not see USC completely dismantle the Pups on their home field? How insulting.
