Every time I see Helton speak, I think to myself “blow hard” and that’s a reference to Helton and not what conquest4ever81 is doing to Helton.....

Nice video, but I would trade that video for a conference championship any day. For some reason, I just can’t picture Nick Saban ringing a Victory Bell?

Nothing like the chihuahua barking the loudest to gain attention... these videos have great production value, unfortunately, they have 0 true excitement value for those who know the truth of the program.

 

Great, another "film" by Clay Helton where he gets to show off his gritty-tough inspirational voice. The guy is just so authentic.

Also, does anyone else feel like they're just f*cking with us all by using "new beginnings" as the title? After all, it's hardly the "new beginning" we've all been praying for these past several years.

 

It's a perfect analog to a Helton press conference.

Helton showing up in a hype video is like watching an adult film that cuts to the male performer’s face in the middle of the best parts.
....or so I heard.

Is this video aimed at the conservative minded old school posters on this board and will it resonate with them - No.

Is this and the other hype videos now coming out of USC's branding studio aimed at a select segment of today's high school age recruits looking for trendy coolness and internet celebrity style - Yes!

Will it convince top recruits to get excited about USC and sign to play for the school - Possibly...

It would interesting to show this to a focus group of high school football players and get their reactions... knowing the reputation of USC's Brandon Sosna they probably already have.

 

Finally! Realistic optimism is what is needed now.

 

Helton haters are crazy jealous of his success. It's so damn sad.

 

Oh yeah! A FB coach running out onto the field with his team really proves success! Talk about dazzling us with your brilliance ineptitude in proving a point!
