USC vs Utah game thread

Damn spell check...." any win is a great win " is what the above post should say.

 

The eerie resemblance of this game to last game was Sam Darnold staking USC to a 4th quarter lead on his last drive but only to watch helplessly from the sideline as Troy Williams marched his Utes the length of the field for the winning TD...

Once again Sam had to watch USC and the Utes play out that same scene as he watched helplessly from the sideline...

Thanks Ajene and Defense for the alternate ending turning out in USC's favor :)

 

Slow down there speedy. We were playing Utah not Alabama. Sam did great and we should all be proud. But let's not be homers and take away from the hard work that other kids put in. Mayfield is no doubt the best quarterback right now.

Sam has far more potential but there is a reason Mayfield is in the Heisman race in Sam is not right now.

 

If you don't like cheese you are not a real human being. It's completely fair for people to not be proud of the wind tonight. We played it terrible in the first quarter and there's nothing to be proud about that. This isn't San Diego State this is USC. Our players should be held to the same standard that the Alabama players should be held to.

 

Obviously you didn't watch the entire game, Sam coughed up the ball several times and one led to a TD, if that is not a fact then neither is your claim of watching the game. As great as he was in the 2nd half he almost cost USC the game with turnovers.
