Marcus has been my favorite Trojan for as long as I can remember. After I saw him on their side line, he became dead to me.

Ouch! I love Marcus but it does sucks to see him there. I think JR is probably still not happy about the way we fired him so not suprise.

I understand the friendship angle but what's even more telling is that Coach O hired JR as an advisor.

Personally, I couldn't care less that Marcus and John are on the LSU sideline. Friends stick together, especially men who are involved together in sports. Such men have a bond with each other that women fail miserably to comprehend. The same can be said about women that have women friendships that men cannot comprehend. It is what it is. Anyway...USC kicked Robinson to the curb but Coach O welcomed him with open arms to LSU. That's what USC was supposed to do. We're suppose to be a Trojan Family. Marcus is there supporting his good friend, John. Now that's something I respect. I don't know or care about the circumstances as to why Robinson was scorned but I do understand there is a friendship important to Marcus and John. To scorn them is loser talk.

Long Live Marcus Allen and John Robinson, Forever Trojans!

Like I said, I understand the friendship. What pisses me off is that a USC legend is an employee of another school as an advisor and that's something that would never cross our current staff's mind.

Was pretty pissed seeing Marcus on the sidelines, not at him but at the fucking joke SC has become. Cannot blame him and JR at all. Been a fan for over 45 years and it's absolutely sickening what's going, almost as sickening as a supposed SC fan to say that one of the greatest Trojans and Heisman winner is dead to him/her. What a Prick!!!

I can. JRob is different. USC screwed him over twice AND he's officially an LSU employee. Marcus? Instead of spending his time in red stick, his ass should have been HERE helping the program, talking to the players.

Fuck you. I'm not a supposed fan. I guess you could call me a prick, although that's atypical, it's usually reserved for dudes.

I'd wonder if our coach wants players like him too closely involved with today's team and players because I suspect they world directly or indirectly call everything Coach Helton on the practice field into question and that could lead to the players turning on him if they haven't already. I also think he might worry that if these legends were asked to give their two cents publicly they might really put him in the hot seat.

One legend has already commented .. Keyshawn opened his show this week saying how angry he was with what went down .. he tempered his comments in my opinion because of the stage he commands with ESPN..

Keyshawn's loud mouth was a big reason why we ended up with Helton in the first place.
