In a well run organization you have competent employees reporting to competent leaders. When was the last time that was said of SC? With SC’s system of promotion based on nepotism (see Lopes’s son) and hiring based on maintaining power its's tough to see a way out of our current situation. I’m for the hiring of a JDR for DC not necessarily because he’s the best candidate, but simply because he would add competence and room for growth to the staff. Harrell, and maybe Colbert and Jinx, are the only coaches on staff with room for advancement.
