yes...but according to Clay, we'll still be in the mix for the Pac-12 South division champ if all the other teams lose all their games.

    Hey vikings4123,

You realize Clay Helton will take the bowl practice off, so that the kids can see their families and have Christmas.

He will take multiple Spring Break and other time off during Spring Camp. You need to make sure that they have fresh legs.

Fall Camp is a serious injury period.

We will be facing an angry and hard trained Alabama as the team ready to face us after 9 months of not throwing a single pass or hitting and you think USC will score 21? You must be dreaming.

Harrell will fly the coop so deduct about 20 points of offense per game. Back to the gumbo offense.

We could very well make Chip Kelly look good next year.

Only definite loss IMO is Bama. Oregon loses a first round QB and a lot more. Utah’s entire team are seniors. Notre Dame almost lost at home with half our team injured...it’s always a different game in LA. The rest of the teams do not lose much of a threat. UW is on the downturn and it’s in LA.

I think he could go on vacation and this team should win 9 games. I’m predicting 10-2 and possibly another two wins in PAC12 championship and bowl.

    10-2 talent + 4-8 coaching = 6-6

Imagine Gomer without the best talent in conference.

You crazy, we have never lost to Colorado so I doubt if we lose to them at home. And their Best player declared for NFL.

But Helton is capable of ending any good streak, like how him and his love Toa ended the 14 game win streak against Kal.

We for sure lose to Alabama. I think we lose at least 1 of Oregon and Utah (even with all they're losing, we haven't won there since 2012 so I'm not too confident) and at least 1 of UW and ND. We probably drop another game we shouldn't. Most likely outcome is probably 8-4 again, but I could see 7-5 or 9-3 depending on how lucky we are in the tossup games.

After digesting things a bit, I think you are more right than me. 6-6 for the reasons you mentioned.

I think the talent is 11-1 talent (It's almost on par with Bama). If Helton gets a competent DC and ST coach, I think your 4-8 would definitely move up to 7-5. I give the coordinators/position coaches and talent a good bump over the HC, who we have already seen can have a 10-2, 11-3 season without as much talent as we have right now. You all are giving way to much credit one way or the other to Helton. The coordinators and position coaches are far more important, especially if they are calling the plays.
