There may never be a vaccine. Not every virus has one. SARS-01 (or whatever it was called) never got a vaccine, did it? Waiting for a vaccine is a red herring. The Feds wasted time obsessing on a vaccine, instead of focusing on remediation/treatment. HIV might be the model: no "cure" or vaccine, but it's no longer a death sentence.

I know, but if there is one, they will mandate it. They will mandate it at my work too, or they will try. And yes, we cannot wait for a vaccine even if one were guaranteed 6 months from now, as the economy is already in tatters and too many lives have been lost or destroyed from the lock down. I just hope it can recover.

Regarding the likelihood of a vaccine, SARS faded out before the need for a vaccine. But I have a feeling that one way or another, they’ll come up with a “vaccine“ for Covid-19. There is big money involved.

I was at MMQB meeting when Folt fired Lynn. Everybody was happy thinking Clay was next. All the boosters there would be considered high risk . When Folt made AD keep Clay my family said they aren’t going to Coli anymore. Folt is the SC virus, lol

So a vaccine card and proof of identity to go to a football game, but I can waltz into any polling booth and spout out a name and I am good to go.....

What happens if we ever get hit by a truly deadly virus?

Yep. I’m reading there have been patents filed for injections that leave a small tattoo mark as proof of vaccination. Whether they use something like that now as proof, I don’t know. But I do believe they will mandate proof of vaccination at stadiums and such.

In the last presidential election, I voted early, spouted out a name (it was my real name) and they gave me a voting card. No need for ID or any proof that I was me.

I am concerned if a truly deadly virus with a similar rate of transmission were to hit.

No Coronavirus has ever had a vaccine made for it so yeah we should be planning on how to live with it rather than waiting for what may never arrive, or what may take years and years to arrive.

Brits released study that males over 60 with cardiovascular issues, diabetes, pulmonary issues, smoking & obesity are the majority of hospital CV pts. Eliminate SC fans who check these off from coming to Coli. Lol

If the NFL followed this advice, there would be almost NO fans in the stadium!
