    SC guards just turnover machines.
And Remy Martin is the biggest flopper I think I've ever seen.

Wow, we have no one to handle the rock? Ethan needs to work on dribbling...he must be the worse point guard in USC history, good gawd!

Bruh I swear we made some kind of team bet for ASU to win this game. That was awful basketball. Fucking awful. Enfield is a terrible coach. ASU went 11 minutes without making a shot and we somehow found a way to lose the damn game. They got like 3 offensive rebounds on that go ahead bucket for Pete sake man wtf. Meanwhile UCLA blew out Zona and beat Oregon this year wtf man. Like I'm like really mad I turned this on for the last 3 minutes. Fuck this bullshit I'm just gonna go watch Duke for the rest of the season.

Just a clusterfu#$! 24 turnovers. No poise. Can't make clutch free throws. Enfield needed to get a technical in that game - with all of the grabbing and slapping by ASU. Have to send a message to start getting some calls your way. Crappy coaching as usual.

Oh, I think it's blown. The only question now is who is in Bohn's Rolodex.

Meanwhile, fUCLA (with a real coach) is having a strong 2nd half of the season.

disagree, the jury is still out on him. People forget that SC beat ucla at Pauley. And they got throttled by asu a couple of days ago.

With that said, it's time for a new coach. I'd rather have Evan Mobley de-commit if it meant getting a coach that understands fundamentals and physicality.

This is what Trojan basketball is all about, heart breaking loss after heart breaking loss, decade after decade.

I try not to let it bother me as much anymore because I expect it. Even with a 13 point first half lead, I expected a loss.

USC will not even consider a new coach because as long as USC wins eight conference games a year, the brass will be satisfied.

If they like Helton, they must love Enfield.

Agree. This game looked like a jungle ball rec game with all of the turnovers. 11 assists/24 turnovers - when you have a huge mismatch in the paint. As Gottlieb said, if SC just gets decent shots, they win the game going away. Our guards suck.

I can't bear to see the next three seasons with Enfield at the helm. It's like watching the Vince Young run over and over and over again.

Once again we all got suckered into thinking sc basketball has turned the corner. This team has talent, senior leadership, and decent grad transfers, but the one think it doesn’t have is the coaching to put everything together. Time to get rid of Enfield. For those who think Evan Mobley is worth holding Enfield over, I think you will be sorely disappointed. He is a more skilled version of isaiah. But he’s not physical, nor is he tough. That’s the problem with sc basketball. We need a tough nosed, defensive minded, 50-50 ball winning coach who will not let his players be soft. We’d be better off with 3 stars who are tough, than 5 stars who are soft.

Likely have to go 6-1 down the stretch now. 5 games at home. Colorado and Utah on the road.
Also probably have to win at least 1 game in Pac-12 tourney.

if this is a tournament team that we have been waiting for, this is doable. Problem is that it's a lot of if's for the past couple of years.

2018 - if we beat ucla in the season finale we can make the tournament
2019 - if we win the tourney title we are going to the tournament

I wish SC was like the other schools and punch their ticket by Valentine's Day. Give some love to SC fans for once.

Zona had one of it's worst shooting nights in the history of their program. Bruins were fortunate the stars aligned in that game.

And, sadly, ASU only shot about 31% against us and still won.

They do have a LOT of not-ready-for-prime-time players. Their guards are REALLY bad and they only have three big men on the roster and two are pretty soft. If you look at their roster they're close to expectations, but what happened to the fight they showed earlier in the season?

    I miss Jordan McLaughlin.

I felt all along that USC needed 14 conference wins, including the PAC 12 tournament, to make the NCAA this year.
Eight more wins is highly unlikely. The realistic range is three to five more wins.
USC would have won a well officiated game last night, but there is still no excuse for 16 2nd half turnovers.
