Real talk though, nobody gives Bama enough shit (...or credit?) for their scheduling.

Every year, they have a bye before LSU and play Sisters of the Poor (or this year, The Citadel) in Week 12 before Auburn.

It's genius. They clearly have the SEC by the balls, and the SEC clearly recognizes it's in the league's best interests to give Bama scheduling advantages and bolster their CFP chances.

It’s insane how other teams in the SEC root for Bama. They’re not o with their team losing to Bama.

Clearly Saban has mastered all of the pieces of his program, that he feels he has time to blast other pieces not currently under his control.

In truth, that comment is only partially sarcastic. Must be nice.

Read this yesterday and thought initially that he was right to be pissed. But then he has to realize that the product of playing teams that are used as cannon fodder just isnt that captivating. Who wants to watch a clearly overmatched team get pummeled for half the games? Its just not that entertaining. If you're going to destroy someone possibly not even in your own division by 4 TD's at the end of the first quarter, I'm gonna rah rah you for that quarter then probably bail. SCHEDULE BETTER.

If he's playing to a full stadium, who cares.

True but let's face it. If you back your team you back your team. As a student at SC I never skipped a game, no matter who we played.

I really think that Saban is jealous of Tua and knows if Tua goes down the run could be over for him. He was down 13-0 at halftime in the MNC and lost to Auburn and did not win his division/conference. He knows his team and realizes he is young. A great QB/player covers up a lot of that. Leinart/Bush did it for PC, etc. No Leinart/Bush=no NC's for SC. Matt Leinart was a great leader and played well in Chows Offense. IMHO, Chow was the greatest college OC I have ever seen. I have been watching SC/college football for over 40 years. Remember, he was an Olineman and understood how OL thought and what plays to call to make them look great to fans and scouts. QB's often think that O lineman should be able to hold blocks for 3+ seconds. O lineman can sustain for 2 to 2.5 seconds, that is all and he explained that to Matt.

Saban is jealous of Tua and wants to get the spotlight back on him. PC did not like Chow getting credit and ran him out of SC. Saban is a huge narcissist.

USC doesn't play teams like Louisiana-Lafayette. Anyhow, a bully doesn't deserve backing, which is what a team like Alabama is when it plays teams like Louisiana-Lafayette.
