    Michigan - felony election tampering
    Pennsylvania - felony election tampering
    Nevada - felony election tampering.

The party hasn't even started yet.

When we finally arrive, there won't be any doubt in your tiny little mind

18 U.S. Code Chapter 29A.84 Crimes and Penalties

    https://apps.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=29A.84

You might want to post less and volunteer more for extra shifts at the gay bath house so you can contribute to the defense fund of your socialist heroes.

It must really suck being so fucking uninformed and profoundly stupid that you cheer for those that would lie, steal and cheat to win an election.

I look forward to the rioting and looting when this little celebration of criminal activity is exposed. It won't happen but once and then the clean up can begin. Not unlike your heroes that are making a list in order reprogram 80 million Americans for exercising their freedom to choose....we, too, are making a list.

Quick....sign up for a VPN and lock the basement door.

    See you in Kekistan,

Today's two day "Tracking COVID-19 in California" update for (11/22 &23) reported results.

There were 23,666 new positive tests from 504,054 tests the past to days for a positive test rate of 4.695%. A little better than the past two weeks when this upsurge began when we were at 3.7% 14 day average + test.
The overall positive test rate is at 4.950%.
The 14 day average positive rate is at 5.6%... almost 2% higher than two weeks ago.

There were 93 deaths reported the past two days bringing the total to 18,769 Chinese virus RELATED deaths. The mortality rate has dropped to 1.667%. Two weeks ago the mortality rate was 1.842%.

Hospitalizations are increasing, 694 over the past two days for a total of 6,641 COVID positive and suspected patients. Of these
1,514 are in ICU, an increase of 124. Ironically, there are 91 more ICU beds available now from the reported number two days ago.

People are going to catch the virus whether we are shut down or open... open the fucker up and get on with our lives. End the fascist BS.

Trump faces critical choice about his political future

    By Victor Davis Hanson
    Published November 25, 2020

Donald Trump is nearing a crossroads.

Those who allege that he has endangered the tradition of smooth presidential transitions by not conceding immediately after the media declared him the loser suffer amnesia.

When Trump was elected in 2016, the Washington establishment lost its collective mind. The top echelon of the FBI and CIA were still spreading a fraudulent Christopher Steele dossier paid for by the campaign of his opponent, Hillary Clinton, and the Democratic National Committee.

Shortly before Trump's inauguration, President Barack Obama called Vice President Joe Biden, national security adviser Susan Rice, Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and FBI Director James Comey into the Oval Office. The purpose of the meeting was reportedly to collate progress reports about how best to continue government surveillance of Trump's designated national security adviser, Michael Flynn, and thereby disrupt the transition.

Flynn's name was soon unmasked, apparently by Obama administration officials, and then illegally leaked to the press.

The harassment during the transition became thematic for Trump's next four years, which saw false evidence submitted to federal courts and other classified documents illegally leaked.

No prior president has faced such hysterical opposition bent on removing him from office by a special prosecutor, concocted charges that he should be deposed under the 25th Amendment, and, finally, a failed attempt at removal via impeachment.

The president's private phone calls to foreign leaders were leaked. Media darlings and anonymous opponents within the government boasted of sabotaging Trump's initiatives. Washington analysts and retired military officers hyped coup scenarios about how best to use force to remove him from office.

So it is a bit rich for the media to now warn of Trump's dangers to the spirit of smooth presidential transitions. Such protocols were deliberately rendered null and void in 2016.

But all that is past. What matters now are the interests of the country first and Trump's constituents second. So Trump has a number of pathways.

One is to keep addressing legitimate reports of voter irregularities. He can continue to ask the courts to set aside any illegal votes that do not conform to state voting laws. His supporters demand and deserve no less than the investigation of all charges of serial voting impropriety.

But Trump within days will have to prove that any such crimes and lapses warped state counts enough to have wrongly elected Joe Biden president. Trump realistically has perhaps a week or so left to make his case or concede.

Then, to maintain the Senate majority for Republicans and to save the very rules and protocols of the Senate, the Supreme Court and Constitution, Trump will have to barnstorm Georgia. His challenge will be to enthuse his conservative base to reelect the state's two incumbent senators, David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler.

    After that?

Trump's "Make America Great Again" agenda will be codified as his party's own. He has a year or more to decide whether he wishes to play kingmaker among would-be Republican congressional and presidential candidates or run himself for a second term. The two options are ultimately not mutually exclusive.

By then there is some chance that the country will have been turned off by a hard-left shift by Biden, surrogate to the Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wing of his party. Such extremism caused Democrats to lose House seats in 2020.

Trump can bask in a successful first term that remade the Republican Party into a multiracial coalition of the broad middle class. His Middle East and China resets will unlikely be altered by future presidents.

Trump finally did close the border to illegal immigration. His initiatives to revitalize America's interior ended the notion that industrial decline was inevitable rather than a silly choice.

But Trump's other alternative is bleaker. Currently, Trump-affiliated lawyers claim they can prove their bombshell allegations of historic voting fraud by leftists and foreign interests. They further claim that Trump was robbed not of a close election but of a veritable landslide, constituting the greatest scandal in U.S. history.

But so far none of these advocates have produced the requisite whistleblowers, computer data or forensic evidence to prove their astounding charges. If they do not produce it in a few days, and if Trump pivots to put his fate in their hands, then the pilloried Republicans may well lose the Senate races in Georgia. And with that historic setback he would endanger his legacy, his influence and perhaps a crack at a second presidential term.

In blunter terms, Trump may be forced to choose within days whether he wishes to emulate Andrew Jackson, the aggrieved victim of the crooked bargain of 1824 that denied him victory in that year's presidential election. Jackson stormed back in 1828 to an overwhelming populist victory fueled by a righteously aggrieved following.

Otherwise, Trump would risk being reduced to the status of sore presidential losers like Al Gore and Hillary Clinton. For all their media accolades, Gore and Clinton never really accepted their losses in 2000 and 2016, respectively. Despite their supposed magnanimity, Gore and Clinton turned ever more bitter, shrill and conspiratorial — and ended up caricatured and largely irrelevant.

A group on Tuesday filed an emergency petition with the Wisconsin Supreme Court, challenging the state’s unofficial election results.

The Thomas More Society’s Amistad Project said it found tens of thousands of ballots that may be fraudulent.

“We have identified over 150,000 potentially fraudulent ballots in Wisconsin, more than enough to call into question the validity of the state’s reported election results,” said Phill Kline, director of the project, in a statement. The count includes 144,000 fraudulent votes and over 12,000 legal votes not counted.

“Moreover, these discrepancies were a direct result of Wisconsin election officials’ willful violation of state law,” he added.

According to unofficial results in the state, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden beat President Donald Trump by about 20,000 votes.

The group said it found that more than 10,000 Republican ballots weren’t counted; more than 10,000 GOP voters who had their ballots requested and filled in by another person; and around 100,000 illegal ballots that were counted anyway.

The 45-page filing asks the Wisconsin Supreme Court to block the certification of election results because of the alleged irregularities.

The Wisconsin Elections Commission told The Epoch Times via email that the commission didn’t have any comment on the matter.

The lawsuit details a series of alleged illegal actions taken by Wisconsin officials that led to significant numbers of improper votes being counted. One example is not enforcing state laws that require voters to present photo identification when requesting an absentee, or mail-in, ballot. The only exceptions are for voters who are hospitalized or “indefinitely confined because of age, physical illness, or infirmity.”

The indefinite confinement exception was interpreted to apply to people with COVID-19. Statistical analysis shows nearly 100,000 exploited the exception, the project said.

The possibly fraudulent ballots were identified in a data analysis performed by statistician Matthew Braynard and mathematician Steven Miller.

The project announced last week it would be filing federal and state lawsuits challenging the presidential election results in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Nevada, Georgia, and Arizona.

Two Wisconsin counties are currently engaged in a recount initiated at the request of the Trump campaign.

The deadline for the partial recount is Dec. 1.

The Thomas More Society, based in Chicago, describes itself as a national public interest law firm dedicated to providing free legal services for clients all over the United States in defense of life, family, and religious liberty.

Updated to correct count of fraudulent votes versus legal votes not counted.

I had heard about this last week when they were talking about WI's recount. Now this story confirms it.

Funny he should knock DT for making the states fend for themselves when the extremely liberal governors of the two most populous and liberal states said they got what they needed. Sounds like an ineffective leader there in MD who is just looking to blame someone for his ineptitude. Besides there is supposed to be some autonomy in the states. They should also be prepared. No use blaming the leader of the country when you can’t even run your own state.

There are times when you wish you were wrong about the extreme lust for power within leftist political officials… Alas, some things are also too predictable.

Boston authorities are now contemplating the confiscation of private property under the guise of COVID-19 mitigation or “public health”, because they need to house/detain people in socially distant venues. The COVID provides a reason to confiscate private domicile.

Massachusetts – […] Could the city commandeer vacant private properties to help supplement supply?

Leo Beletsky, a law and health sciences professor at Northeastern University, presented the controversial move to city officials during a virtual hearing last week, according to the news station.

“When you commandeer a property, there is no preliminary process. The government just comes in and takes over private property,” Beletsky told the outlet.

“There’s a long tradition of doing that in the United States,” he added. “This is not some radical idea.”

While Beletsky’s proposal was met with swift opposition, he said the practice could quickly remedy a solution to the pressing problem.

“Lives certainly take precedence over private property interests, especially when private property owners will be compensated,” Beletsky said. “This could also apply to all the hotels that are sitting empty.” (read more)

FUNDAMENTAL CHAINS” – What they are planning to do is weaponize COVID-19 to attain ideological objectives. This is why they hyped the fear within it for almost a year. Nothing within their plan requires the approval or consent of any representative body in Washington DC. COVID is the tool to “fundamentally change” the way the United States exists.

Think about the federal government using mandates for enforced national COVID-19 compliance rules. Think about USDA (Dept of Agriculture) and OSHA federal inspections for social distancing (etc) in all businesses, not just restaurants.

Think about the COVID-19 regulatory and compliance system and what political beneficiaries stand to gain.

Think about the Dept of Education using COVID to restructure the way education is taught and the downstream regulations on charter schools and non-compliant educational systems that do not meet the ideological objectives of the master control plan.

Think about how the Dept. of Labor (complaint division) can be weaponized against political opposition based on arbitrary inspections under the guise of employee health and safety…. using federal COVID compliance rules.

Think about Housing and Urban Development (HUD) having new rules about dwellings and complexes for housing grants. Population density; the need to move into the suburbs and the confiscation of private property to “ensure the common safety” of the citizens. (read more)
