Well. . .I have to commend the lad for not taking the easy way out (placing the blame on President Trump) for his "forced decision to attend U.S.C." and for taking the other easy way out, "The Wu Han Virus overblown panic flu".

    Mahalo,
    Ohana.

"Stand up" is still a valid back up option, Chris. Pretty darn good stuff there.

I probably only disagree with this one sentence... "We don’t really know what they’re judged on there, but championships ain’t it. "

I think there is ample evidence to suggest that they are judged by how often they can stick it to USC. And against this yardstick, Nansen just grew considerably.

They are judged by how fast they can deliver your pizza. They sucked at that and couldn't get it to us in 30 minutes or less...so that measuring stick went away.

I was initially angry about this, yet talent on USC doesn't really matter with numb-nuts as head coach. Helton has neglected recruiting the lines hard to the point that one freshman really has an impact on next season.

Bring in a new qualified coach and you will see top DTs and OTs in the transfer portal transferring to USC.

Hope he takes a Strategic Planning course early. He’ll need a Plan B when Chipper and staff are sent to the dumpster.

He would have been better off telling the truth. Nobody is buying his “excuse”. Maybe shorter drive to see the parents would have been a better “excuse”.

Decisions have eventual consequences. Only time will tell.

As always the Family will Fight On(ward) !!

He could have simply said "thank you," checked out, and maybe say that he left for personal reasons.

This lame BS song-and-dance of his really makes him look much worse.

This was not a USC player, but a USC recruit: Manti Te'o, LB, Hawaii with his make believe, made up girl friend story. He kept it up for weeks, even when approached to clarify his story. Wow, that has to be one of the most bizarre, Pupule (crazy or FU brain in Hawaiian) stories ever.

Also, the Josh Shaw, CB story with his girlfriend and his made up story how he broke his ankles. Even, his sister and friends lied for him. Truth prevailed, it was broken due to jumping from her 2nd story apartment (stalking her). What's up with players and girlfriends?

Chris, do you really think satire is appropriate with regards to this young student athlete?

    Damn straight.

I try to save my satire for (incompetent) professionals but I sometimes make an exception for student athletes who tell silly lies.

The picture of him in a Bruin uniform is disgusting. I hope he was incompetent with a Xerox machine.
