Georgetown transfer Mac McClung has Arkansas, Auburn, BYU, Memphis, Texas Tech, USC and Wake Forest as his seven potential landing spots.

McClung is a 6-foot-2 combo guard who became internet famous as a high school prospect thanks to a highlight tape of his dunks.

McClung was late to the transfer game but is considered one of the top transfers available now. He played two years at Georgetown, so he’ll have three years available two play two seasons, but will have to sit out the 2020-21 season if he’s not granted an eligibility waiver.

As a freshman, he averaged 13.1 points, 2.6 rebounds and two assists per game, and then this past year he averaged 15.7 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game.

Good for him, and Chris Beard. I like the program he is building down there in Lubbock. They always seem to play as a team and play tough defense.

Imo he's the PJ Fleck of College Basketball. He's already the next up and coming coach given his Final Four appearance last season.
