Your premise is that more of them will get sick by playing football than by just doing what they are going to do.
How many college football players die each year from other infections diseases? The answer is not Zero.

You would have to cancel life to prevent that.

And what about the seniors? they get another season? incoming freshman in 2021? there will be no room for them unless NCAA let's teams carry more scholarship players than normal.

Things the CIC and NIH have said.

    1. Deaths are likely overstated by 25%
    2. The results for antibody and virul tests are being mixed and called "new" cases (they have said they will fix this in the coming weeks)
    3. having the common cold can result in a positive test
    4. NIH said ANY death where the diseased had COVID is being reported as a COVID death. The specific example they gave is "if someone is in hospice care and has been given 1 - 2 weeks to live and they contract COVID before dying, they will be listed as a COVID death"

Covid news reports better today. Death rate decreasing nation wide, believed to be the result of more effective treatments such as CCQ. Nre case up but probably cause by laxity in following guidelines. ON the whole, things are looking up .

George Floyd was infected with WuFlu. Had his death not been caught on camera, he would likely have been counted as a WuFlu victim.
