Anyone here have/had Covid? I do BehindSunset Junior Member Joined: Aug 24, 2017 Messages: 211 Likes Received: 347 Nov 7, 2020 #1 Wife and I both tested positive for Covid last week. A little about us, I'm 51 with high blood pressure (I take meds and it's under control) and my wife is in her 40s with type 1 diabetes. You could say we're high risk. I know there's some debate over the accuracy of the tests but let's just say based on how we feel that I believe the tests were accurate. Symptoms: began almost 2 weeks ago with a sharp stomach ache and nausea. Next day, chills and temp just under 100. Every day since has felt like a sinus infection, with no relief in sight. Day after day of extremely low energy and just general malaise and misery for both of us. Doing what we can to keep it out of the lungs, no RX so just hitting the zinc and vitamin C and D hard. Supposedly week 2 is when most people either turn the corner or get worse. Here's to the former because it's getting old. Not looking for any sympathy, just sharing my experience. I hope everyone stays safe, I wouldn't wish it on anyone (not even Biden - too soon?) FIGHTON!, aimeedee and ConquerorSC like this.
