At this point, the patriotic thing to do would be to starve this incoming lawless illegitimate government to its knees.

I don’t think the Dem Party should worry about working with the Republican Party — after all, the Republicans didn’t try to work with the Dems and simply used their former larger numbers in the Senate to ram their laws, rules, and regulations down everyone’s throats and did it in a completely spiteful way knowing that their corrupt pResident wanted them to be petty, hateful and vicious towards the Dems.
Instead, the Dems would be better off working with the American people, the vast majority of whom just witnessed a Republican Party aid and abet domestic terror and terrorists for the past four years. The American people are ready to create a better country that moves away from many corruptions, but especially the corruption of the increasingly Far Right, extremist Republican Party and their proven slide towards authoritarianism and fascism.
