USC targets in action: Week 3 numbers

A look at the stats some USC recruits recorded in their games this past weekend

 

Class of 2017

 

* ATH Juwan Burgess (Tampa, Fla./Plant) – USC commit

– Caught a 38-yard touchdown pass, and he also returned a punt 45 yards for a touchdown in a 64-0 victory over Tampa (Fla.) Leto.

 

* DE Hunter Echols (Los Angeles, Calif./Cathedral) – USC commit

– Had eight tackles (5 solo) with four tackles-for-loss, including two sacks, and he also had three hurries in a 21-19 victory over Los Angeles (Calif.) Loyola.

 

* CB Wylan Free (Lynwood, Calif.) – USC commit

– Lining up at wide receiver, quarterback and wide receiver, Free caught one pass for 36 yards, he had two carries for four yards and one touchdown, he made 10 tackles, including one tackle-for-loss, and he also had one quarterback hurry in a 27-6 victory over Long Beach (Calif.) Jordan.

 

* WR Randal Grimes (Las Vegas, Nev./Desert Pines) – USC commit

– Lining up at quarterback, Grimes threw for 99 yards with one interception, and he also rushed for 105 yards and one touchdown on 15 carries in a 41-14 loss to Henderson (Nev.) Liberty.

 

* TE Erik Krommenhoek (Danville, Calif./Monte Vista) – USC commit

– Caught two passes for 42 yards and one touchdown in a 59-0 victory over San Ramon (Calif.) Dougherty Valley.

 

* WR Marlon Williams (Mobile, Ala./McGill-Toolen) – USC commit

– Caught a 39-yard touchdown, and he also rushed for a touchdown in a 38-10 victory over Foley (Ala.).

 

* RB Najee Harris (Antioch, Calif./Antioch) – Alabama commit

– Had 17 carries for 261 yards and four TDs in a 41-33 victory over Rohnert Park (Calif.) Rancho Cotate.

 

* RB Sione Heimuli-Lund (Salt Lake City, Utah/Brighton) – Stanford commit

– Had 16 carries for 208 yards and four touchdowns, and he also caught two passes for 66 yards and one touchdown in a 47-44 loss to Taylorsille (Utah).

 

* CB Elijah Hicks (La Mirada, Calif./La Mirada)

– Caught four passes for 46 yards and two touchdowns on offense, he had two tackles on defense, and he also returned a punt for a touchdown in a 43-14 victory over San Clemente (Calif.).

 

* CB Greg Johnson (Los Angeles, Calif./Hawkins) – Arizona commit

– Compiled one interception on defense, and he also had 22 carries for 187 yards and four touchdowns at running back in a 51-42 victory over Chula Vista (Calif.) Mater Dei Catholic.

 

* WR Joseph Lewis (Los Angeles, Calif./Hawkins)

– Had five receptions for 51 yards in the victory over Chula Vista (Calif.) Mater Dei Catholic.

 

* CB Elijah Molden (West Linn, Ore./West Linn)

– Had seven carries for 131 yards and two touchdowns, and he also caught three passes for 48 yards and one touchdown in a 48-14 victory over Sherwood (Ore.).

 

* Isaiah Pola-Mao (Phoenix, Ariz./Mountain Pointe)

– Caught four passes for 83 yards and one touchdown in a 56-0 victory over Mesa (Ariz.) Mountain View.

 

* QB Tua Tagovailoa (Honolulu, Hawaii/Saint Louis) – Alabama commit

– Completed 23-of-36 passes for 273 yards and two touchdowns, and he also rushed for 42 yards on 10 carries in a 35-3 victory over Honolulu (Hawaii) Kamehameha.

 

Class of 2018

 

* LB Bo Calvert (Westlake Village, Calif./Oaks Christian) – USC commit

– Had eight tackles (5 solo), three sacks, one pass break-up and one hurry in a 63-62 triple-overtime win over Mission Hills (Calif.) Bishop Alemany.

 

* QB Matt Corral (Westlake Village, Calif./Oaks Christian) – USC commit

– Completed 25 of 36 passes for 374 yards and four TDs, and he also rushed for 20 yards and two more TDs in the victory over Alemany.

 

* Eric Fuller (Los Angeles, Calif./Hawkins)

– Caught four passes for 57 yards and one touchdown in the victory over Chula Vista (Calif.) Mater Dei Catholic.

 

* LB Palaie Gaoteote (Las Vegas, Nev./Bishop Gorman)

– Had five tackles in a 35-7 victory over Kahuku (Hawaii).

 

* WR Jalen Hall (Los Angeles, Calif./Hawkins)

– Caught five passes for 99 yards in the victory over Chula Vista Mater Dei Catholic.

 

* WR Brian Hightower (Bradenton, Fla./IMG Academy)

– Caught two passes for 75 yards and one touchdown in a 35-14 victory over Washington (DC) St. John’s.

 

* TE Brevin Jordan (Las Vegas, Nev./Bishop Gorman)

– Had two receptions – both for touchdowns – for 21 yards in the victory over Kahuku.

 

* RB T.J. Pledger (West Hills, Calif./Chaminade)

– Had 18 carries for 145 yards and two touchdowns, and he also caught three passes for 26 yards in a 28-20 victory over Bakersfield (Calif.).

 

* WR Nikko Remigio (Santa Ana, Calif./Mater Dei)

– Caught two passes for 16 yards in a 62-7 victory over Upland (Calif.).

 

* WR Amon-Ra St. Brown (Santa Ana, Calif./Mater Dei)

– Had four receptions for 75 yards and two touchdowns in the victory over Upland.

 

* WR Chase Williams (Eastvale, Calif./Roosevelt)

– Caught four passes for 81 yards and one touchdown in a 42-27 victory over Alta Loma (Calif.).

 

Class of 2019

 

* QB JT Daniels (Santa Ana, Calif./Mater Dei)

– Completed 21 of 26 passes for 379 yards and six touchdowns, and he also rushed for one TD in the victory over Upland.

 

* DE/TE Kayvon Thibodeaux (Los Angeles, Calif./Dorsey)

– Compiled eight tackles with four sacks in a 51-0 victory over Lake Balboa (Calif.) Birmingham.
