By Lizelle Brandt - WeAreSC Reporter Q: Soma, congratulations on the victory over Cal, and being undefeated so far in November. A: Thanks, it felt good. Great victory on a Thursday night at home. But now it is game week against UCLA, so now we are getting ready for them. That game is behind us and now we are just getting ready for UCLA. Q: We are approaching the end of the season, and one of the consistent forces for the offense has been the running game.  Can you talk about being part of such a deep and talented stable of backs? A: As the running back group we take pride in just making sure everyone is locked in, and on the same page, and we make sure everyone is motivated. We take it upon ourselves to make sure that we’ve got good vibes, that everyone has a lot of energy and is doing well in practice. Q: If ASU loses one of it's games, USC can still win the Pac 12 South. What does this mean to you? A: We are just going to do our part, we take on UCLA, and I guess whatever happens, happens. Q: Speaking of UCLA, what are you doing this week to prepare for the 11th-ranked Bruins? A: Yeah, they got a great defense, a great D-Line, a great linebacker corps, so we are just making sure that we focus in and make sure that we are getting all of our keys to their defense and that we just prepare for a great defense. Q: What does the UCLA Rivalry game mean to you? A: It is one of those rivalries where I think everyone takes it more seriously than we do. They are a great football team and we are just preparing for that and getting ready for our game Saturday.
