Notre Dame post-game thoughts

The Trojans went back to South Bend and played a solid football game, made some plays and even had the lead heading into the fourth quarter.

Unfortunately, there was the matter of the fourth quarter, as the Irish were able to seal the game with a pair of 90-yard touchdown drives that showcased once again the inability of this USC team to finish with the game on the line.

You can’t deny that the game had excitement.
