In their loss to USD yesterday, the Trojans played without five of their top six players. My assumption is that Ewing, who hasn't played in a couple of weeks, and Kulikov, who missed two matches this weekend, are both injured, but Weissmann, Neffa and the younger Branstine haven't played at all in the Spring. If it's all injuries, that's an amazing amount of bad luck. Branstine didn't play in the Fall either and it was a little bit of a surprise that she ever stepped on a college campus since she seemed to be on the pathway to turning pro out of high school. Any insights as to what is going on? After being ranked in the top 15 coming into the season, USC will be lucky to stay in the top 50 with its latest loss.

That is a very good idea to make, I hope Neffa and Branstine can play soon.
