Witness List Could Be Something Else

If USC lives up to the mantra of Fight On and forces Sark's hand in court we could be looking at a variety of coaches and players called to testify by both sides. This testimony should be very interesting to say the least.

 

That is one reason I think SC will settle this out of court.....I don't think they want to risk current players and coaches and past coaches testifying.....especially coaches that were just canned.

 

That could be why they waited to file until after Wilcox, et al were terminated. Probably realized they would get a better settlement if these guys were terminated.

 

While this scenario will never happen, poetic justice would be that any settlement money SC has to fork over should come out of Pat Haden's pocket. A terrible hiring and a terrible firing. And yet again, SC is in the headlines for all the wrong reasons.

 

If there was ever a time to put Fight On into practice it is now by agressively defending against Sark's bullshit lawsuit.

 

I agree. USC fired Sark when he said he did not have a problem.

 

Could be a catch-22 for Haden. If former Washington players and coaches are subpoenaed does that cast some doubt about Haden's vetting of Sark in the first place??

 

the issues raised by the complaint you could have witnesses as to all his behavior and activity at USC, UW, even dating back to BYU since the complaint raises that and his divorce....

That complaint raises almost every aspect of his life going back to when he started college. The complaint has created open season on discovery. Sark's lawyers made a huge mistake in over pleading the case.
