    Thank you, Mr. President!

Enjoy the news conference : )

His executive orders cover the following:

    • An extension of the federal unemployment supplement at a reduced rate of $400 per week
    • A payroll tax holiday through the end of the year for Americans earning less than $100,000
    • Extended student loan relief through the end of the year
    • A renewal of the eviction moratorium to keep struggling Americans in their homes

You call Trump a king, but are fine with our governor here in California signing an unprecedented number of executive orders?

Trump saved the taxpayer at least a Trillion dollars by not allowing Pelosi and her mental midgets to rebuild/bailout the liberal cities/states that were allowed to be destroyed by the “peaceful” rioters!

He did the right thing....not as a king, but as a leader!

Kings go by their first names. However, Trump isn't a king. He is a strong president but he is respectful of the limitations that the Constitution places on his position--even more so than several recent presidents--as his actions in the WuFlu and Antifa crises have demonstrated. It is King Gavin, Queen Gretchen and Emperor Blackface that are acting more in the tradition of Louis XIV.

Actually, the Fed’s Municipal Liquidity Facility will buy municipal bonds from cities with more that 1 million in population and counties with more than 2 million population.

The issue is high yield "HYD" bonds that are at risk. Since the beginning of the year, HYD have dropped 18% in value, which makes its incredibly difficult for those municipalities to raise capital or rollover existing bonds. As a result, Terre Haute, Id and Topeka Ks are the first two municipalities to file for bankruptcy directly related to Covid.

Topeka is obvious. The area is support by meat packing and healthcare, the two areas that have been hit hardest by Covid.

Given that the Administration has agreed to buy all fallen angel corporate bonds (up to $7 trillion), its hard to understand the logic of allowing municipalities that have very limited finance capabilities to default.

Exactly, it's a precursor to killing the Howard Jarvis Prop 13 tax revolt. Liberals don't give a shit about the people's ability to remain in their homes. They are the real tyrants positioning themselves to foreclose on the most vulnerable. Nancy Poo has no problem turning the entire state into shit town USA.

Leaders make the tough decisions. Fellow billionaire Steve Forbes, who is not a Trump guy, said Trump had to do the payroll tax in coordination with the stimulus to get the economy back where it was before the pandemic. The radical Dim controlled House does not want to help the economy nor the American people. They do, as President Trump said, hate America.

Sadly, if you weren't such a twat, you'd know that the only reason the President can do this sort of thing is because Congress has given him the power. That transfer of power sure didn't happen while Trump was in office. It happened because feckless career members of congress didn't want to be held accountable for doing anything, especially anything controversial.

Now, if you want to argue that this was an unconstitutional transfer of power and that we should go back to the Constitutional limitations on government as they exist in the document, you'll likely have a lot of people agreeing with you. Sadly, though, that would turn you into a conservative. Your little head might explode.
