Sensational podcast! Darrell, Garry, Chris, this was everything for anyone who ever wanted to know anything about DB play. The exchanges between Darrell and Chris were one gold nugget after the other. This podcast should be bursting with likes from every USC follower on WeAreSC. Excellent stuff!

Darrel, you are a joke, is this your attempt get clicks by saying something outrageous. Honorable mention? The same honor Iman has garnered the last two years, when he played nowhere near the level he has played this year. The hate is strong in you, lol.

When it comes to your evaluation of cb play, I’ll take that with a grain of salt. Considering not too long ago, you said Greg Johnson was best the cb on this team and before that you gave that title to Langley. You also advocated for Harris to man the cb position over Lockett, lol. You might have a few posters fooled with your faux knowledge but I know the real.

As far as his penalties (which you love to bring up anytime you talk about Iman), most of those calls would not get called in any other conference other than the PAC12, yet you continue to harp on it as a way to diminish his game.

As far as your argument why Iman doesn’t follow the teams best player, you know the answer to this already, yet you stay arguing against yourself...It’s Clancy’s scheme, that’s how the defense is set up. Right and Left Corners. Don’t worry though, he will be playing the left side the rest of the season just for you, against all those routes combos you’ve listed in the podcast. Let’s see how much of a fluke his season has been.

Iman is playing at an elite level, by every metric outside of int’s and anyone with any objectivity can see that.

Let me leave this here for you:

These are the receptions and yards Iman has given up so far this season:

    • UNLV: 1rec-3yds
    • Arcega-Whiteside-Stanford: 1rec-23yds
    • Colin Johnson-Texas: 1rec -8yds
    • Tae Martin-Wazzu: 3rec- 1yd
    • Shawn Poindexter:Arizona-2rec-18yd
    • Laviska Shenault:Colorado-1rec-8yds (2 rec-26yds entire game)
    • Utah: 0 rec-0 yds
    • N’Keal Henry:Az St- 1rec-28
    • Oregon St: 2rec-13yds.

On the year he has given up 13receptions for 120yds.

Stats don't play cornerback. That's the weakest of all arguments. Try again. But next time listen to Darrell and Chris. You might learn something other than arrogance.
