that the BYU DB Dayan Bhanwoloku took a dirty shot at a Washington receiver on the first or second touchdown pass. The Washington player was left alone in the corner and Eason found him all alone and he tapped danced his toes on the sideline for a TD, but Bhanwoloku ran towards him and if you notice, he looks down at the receivers feet and clearly extends his stride and stepped directly on the receivers ankle trying to injure him. It's clear as night and day.

Also, in UW/BYU game at start of 3rd quarter UW rusher hit BYU QB much like Kedon got hit but the UW guy did not drive the QB to the ground and while announcers and analyst of calls felt that there was no targeting UW guy was still called for targeting and tossed out. In Kedon's case rusher clearly drove him to the ground but got no call. Analyst said something about didn't matter if contact was not direct to head of QB but it if forced a whiplash type of effect that would still be targeting.

And since UW was on the road, refs were Pac-12 refs.

I saw that too. It looked like the UW receiver said something to him afterwards.
