Lyn Cain - unsung hero.....McDonald - terrific game manager...was Hoby Brenner on that team? That Oline was nasty.....Brad Budde and Keith Van Horne, with of course Anthony Munoz, although wasnt he injured? Defense was lights out... Chip Banks, and of course Lott and Dennis Smith as safeties....dont remember the names on the Dline, maybe Gary Cobb? ClovisTroy likes this.

Kevin Bug Williams was another offensive star on that team. I think Michael Harper, who did play in the NFL, was a back up rb. Dennis Johnson at ILB had a pro career too. ClovisTroy likes this.

Saw every home game and both Rose Bowls in person. Wasn't Michigan State the night game where the cards were thrown by the student section after the card stunts? The comeback against Montana and ND. The tie with Elway and Stanford in the Coliseum hurt. The 70s set my expectations for USC football. Somebody needs to show these games to Folt and Bohn so they will understand what the standard is for USC football. ClovisTroy likes this.
