1-1 after two games with the rubber match tomorrow.
Would be an extremely successful trip if they can take the 3rd game.

13,472 fans to watch the game in person. Their baseball stadium holds more people than the Galen Center - and they fill it up.
    Different level of support.
Pitching is impressive on both sides.

Game 3 of the series is the definition of blowing a game. The pitching really fell apart to let them back into and win 7-6.

Still, I expect USC to be ranked.

You can't put this on Hubbs.
A one-run lead in the final inning, he sends out Lunn to close it. Lunn hadn't allowed a run yet this year and was averaging 2 strikeouts per inning. Instead he gave up a single, rbi triple (played into a triple by a gamble from Acosta), and another single through a five-man infield.

Didn't think this was on coaching. Pitching fell apart. And it fell apart prior to Lunn. It was our game in hand.

I wasn't directing that at you. I was anticipating all the "Fire Hubbs" posters who only come out when we lose.

So far the team looks improved, albeit lacking in offensive firepower. Pitching is surprisingly strong.

Baseball is always going to be a mis-mash of transfers, etc., so you can never tell.

Does anyone know the story with Mitch Hart?

Yeah, I've been there. Baseball is a pretty big deal in SEC country, and Arkansas has been a very strong program of late. But Arkansas can also fill its state-of-the-art indoor track facility.
