I noticed that the open USC postings have been listed... big difference between the two, which is why one pays $50,000 a year and the other $350,000 a year.

In order to be hired at USC for a staff position (any staff position including football) the job per university policy has to be officially posted. They actually did the same them with the HC openings - which is why I looked for these two.

"To comply with all hiring-related requirements, a posting period of five business days is required for all university positions."

Can’t they post a “help wanted”’ for big mean O and D linemen? I think the SEC pays about $350k per so we need to offer a competitive rate.
