This Coronavirus will make a lot of players want to stay close to parents.
Never know if they will need help or the last time will see them.
And airline travel is risky and should be cut back.
Am cutting back on by travel big time as in the at risk age group.

I saw a post on Twitter that said with the latest transfer from Weaver, USC does not have a single body left from their 2017/2018 recruiting classes?
That is insane if it is true...

Weaver was in the 2018 recruiting class, but it is true that none of the 2017 or 2018 classes are part of the team now. Largely transfer issues.

I didn’t specifically say it that way in this story, but I did mention that USC has four returners who were freshmen last season, and the transfer in Noah Baumann. That’s it.

No I saw it on Twitter.
I forget whose account it belonged to, but that is where they mentioned it, and then they put all of the members from those classes in the text.
I believe all of them were transfers with the exception of Porter Jr.

In my opinion, this pandemic is going to have some players being forced/pressured to stay closer to home.
Being from Florida, going halfway across the country to California, I can imagine Elijah could be getting pressure to go to school closer to home.

I also believe that this is going to be the norm in recruiting for the next recruiting class or two, as parents/guardians are not going to be willing to let their child go so far away from home.

I’m counting Drake London, though you’re right, he doesn’t use a basketball scholarship. But I think it’s fair to talk about him as a scholarship level player.

He clearly would be, if there is no football season.
