Thank you for pointing out the ridiculous line in the sand of when you can "leave" your teammates with eligibility left. They obviously want him at the game, otherwise he would be at home, but good for him for showing up despite not being cleared to play. I knew we could get you to the point where you can hold an adult conversation with the rest of us! Merry christmas!

Wrong chide, I dislike all defections and am on record....but only a brune fool would fail to see the difference. Of course, some brune fools saw nothing wrong with him checking out half way through his junior year, like he may have done, finger concussion.....

IMO, ucla has a chance to beat a quality team if Rosen plays and the team as a whole plays hard. Does going after a W like that not mean anything, or are the bruins content simply getting “reps”? I call BS to your whole diatribe above and believe that you all want to win just as much as we Trojans do. My Bruin friends certainly do.

I’ll chalk this up to a sleepless night (hey, we’ve all been there). Hope Christmas Day turns around for you.

Agree...and every time I see people call a bowl game "meaningless"....I start out thinking it is some youngster, like him, who does not understand what College Football really was, and should still be

Sure I would like to see a win, I just shake my head at some of UCLA's rivals hysterics about Rosen not playing. The bowl game practices are more valuable for a program than this bowl game itself is.

Like I said, an uninformed youngster who has no clue as to what College Football was...and should still be

@mrbug708 If Darnold skipped the Cotton Bowl, I’d be pissed. Don’t know how you aren’t without Rosen. You buy into the concussion?

“Grandstanding”? Really? It’s called an opinion of character.

You need to take your own advice buggy. It’s you who keeps taking every post I make personally.
Time to get over yourself and find that safe space that you so desperately need and it’s time for his teammates to call his candy ass on the carpet.

And one more thing buggy, I feel this way about any player that pulls this stuff so stop taking things personal that I’m only speaking about snowflake.

I think if the game meant something, he would be playing. The Cotton Bowl means something, the Cactus Bowl doesn't. I buy the theory if he wanted to play, he would be cleared. Only a douchebag attacks a guy with a concussion, so he will likely get a pass, since I'm no doctor. His dad probably has enough medical resources at his disposal to make a pretty smart call going forward.

If the Cacti means nothing, why on earth would ucly agree to attend? No bowl prestige, no money, no television exposure? Once again, somebody who is so young that he does not understand what College Football was and should still be

So you want a win but don’t care about the loss because the Cactus Bowl doesn’t mean anything? And you think he could get cleared if he wanted to play but you’ll give him a pass since you’re no doctor?

I’m having a hard time believing you; it really sounds like you’re rationalizing. What I do believe is that ucla is going to get embarrassed on national tv and that it will be rosen’s legacy.

Believe what you want. Thats the beauty of the internet, we can read or believe anything despite what other people say or do. The game is with an interim coach who is not going to be kept on and the DC is supposedly going to retire. A win would be nice but unexpected. Of course, last time we faced KSU, people thought we would lose to a much more physical team and won, so perhaps I'll be surprised. Either way I will be watching and hoping for the win.

Sorry, I don't care what you think and repeating the drivel over and over with little insight is pretty obnoxious, but I've yet to see much else other than ucla updates.

If you did not believe there was a difference between Bruins and Trojans, then this statement should set you straight.

Fair enough. As a football fan (beyond just being a Trojan homer), I do wish Rosen would play. Would be an epic game were he to play.

Your overflowing rationalization for all thing Rosen is comical. Dude is a douchebag until proven otherwise. He's the mirror image of Jay Cutler. Thinks he's smarter and better than everyone else around him - including coaches. Maybe he'll grow up - who knows. But this is just one more confirmation of "He is who he is". Just a final example of his college career.
And, yes, I would say the same thing if any SC player pulled this type of stunt.
You speak as if you know him personally. If you do, you might remind him that perceptions are hard to change.
But, at least he can be a role model for your kid.

These narratives are pretty tired. Wearing a antt Trump hat or hooking up in a hot tub is where you draw the line of being a douchebag, we can only pray we live up to your standards in life.
