    So many devastating losses in my 53 years as a fan that I have forgotten most of them, but the top two are easy.

    1. 64-60 loss to UCLA on February 6, 1971, which was the only game I recall the Trojan Horse coming into the arena. I think USC had a nine point lead with about four minutes left. They were ranked Nos 1 and 2 in the nation.

    2. I think it was 1992, when Georgia Tech knocked USC out of the sweet 16 with a three pointer with only 0.8 seconds left in the game when the ball was inbounded.

    I clearly remember the words of the color commentator Al McGuirre after the game.
    " Heatrbreak Hotel for USC".
