Exactly, the Utah dude buried Slovis ending it with his facemask into Slovis's. We then throw Huntley on the ground, nowhere near the violence of Utah player and we are hit with unsportsmanlike. Then the Falaniko call and again on Drake Jackson finishing a tackle. Our D was playing with some fire in their bellies and refs were trying to get in their heads. When we went up 21-10, the refs made certain Utah would get back in game.

It's two-hand touch. But only for SC...other team can bury our QB.

I remember laughing my a** off last season over these buffoons. Making calls, reversing them, changing them, going back to original calls. It became one big, 'well, actually it wasn't...it was....well...now that we think about it....under review...."

Even to someone like me who doesn't have the eye for the game that a lot of you dudes on here have, it was so obvious how inept they were. And are. They have a national reputation for a reason.

Those are the calls which raised our voices while watching the game - well after ball is thrown Fink gets hit and knocked down.

It seemed that after the linesman on the Utah side of the field made that Unsportsmanlike Behavior call on Wittingham that Utah got a couple of calls on that side of the field including a late hit on SC. Linesman on USC side at least once or even maybe twice let Utes get away with tackles that were well after the Trojan player was outside the lines.

Officiating wag from Fox noted that the hit on Kedon most likely would have been flagged in the NFL - why can't NCAA come up to speed on the fact that QB in pocket is pretty much defenseless after releasing a pass? On pretty much every Saturday a number of NCAA QBs are taken out.

Lots of booing after a Utah guy used a suplex-like tackle to toss Velus to the ground and it didn’t draw a flag. We got penalized for a suplex type of tackle earlier in the game, so why didn’t they?
