Beach Volleyball's struggles continue with a 5-0 win over Nebraska but a 3-2 loss to #5 Hawaii

They'll play at the PAC12 South invitational on Ocean Park Beach in Santa Monica next weekend.

I've been saying it....we had outrageous teams the last couple years. We are now inconsistent.

I done told you so. The Women of Troy were eliminated today....by the ruins.

Florida State advances to the Championship by beating Hawaii and Hawaii will play the ruins for the other spot.

2 of the first championships ever was great. We didn't have the horses this season.

we really stayed with the bruins until the court 1 let it get away ... I thought. Are we pretty young? That's still a pretty good finish after having back-2-backs isn't it????
We could be in finals if court 1 held up

Does anyone really know about women's b? Seems like a lot of grad transfers who finish indoors, but have to switch schools to play 1 more year of beach? Can that change your team in a hurry?

There was/is definitely a lot of that in order to get some of these programs launched. They all still have 4 years of eligibility so they are players who may have missed a year do to injury and lost their roster spot or yes, graduated early or on time without having used eligibility (red shirt) and why not get a year of grad school paid for?

In addition a lot of local SoCal talent prior to having the option, simply went on the pro circuit rather than play indoors because it was their preference. Now, we are starting to see more girls sign straight up as beach players.
