Shaky handoffs ruined any chance for both men and women in opening 4x100 relay. Oregon, with crisp passes, won both races to kick off the competition.

Too bad Just N Thymes was injured and wasn't able to compete. Missed his contribution in the relay and sprints.

MM fell in the 110m HH and failed to score. RC took 3rd in the HJ..... losing to two ruins.

Multiple Oregon participants came out of know where and PR'd. Oregon is the only track power in a state were the sun rarely shines, and have majority year-long gloomy weather. I'm still trying to figure out what they're doing in Eugene.

SC has two solid sprint recruits for next year. Shinnick (Damien) and Moore (Oaks Christian) Both have apparently been battling season long injuries. Looks like Shinnick has come around as for his 46.93 400 at CIF SS finals. His school's 4x1 and 4x4 apparently did not advance to Masters, so that should keep his legs fresh. Moore on the otherhand seems to have not shook the injury bug. Oaks is loaded with sprinters.Their 4x1 and 4x4 should be advancing. Moore not advancing in the 100 or 200. Hopefully SC strength and conditioning will cure him of his ailments.
