How he fleeced the willing PAC-12 presidents to be the highest-paid conference commissioner - even though his results were clearly lackluster by any measuring stick - is evidence of the stupidity of the presidents, not king larry.

    Thank God!
Rid of Trump, now rid of Scott.

Please God, tell me Helton too.

    Everybody say your prayers.

    Huzzah!
Now poach someone from the SEC. They know how to weasel around the NZAA’s arbitrary stupidities.

A trained monkey would be better than Larry Scott. Helton would be miles better than Larry Scott.

No political correctness. Competence and vision are needed. And they can start by moving the headquarters out of San Francisco to someplace not so expensive.

Finally, though mixed bag. While SC should still be realistically considering its standing in the Path12 wussference, it's good to see that DB go. The memory of that DB smiling and nodding approvingly while SC got unjustly raked over the ncaa coals still burns. Good riddance, scumbag.

We definitely know he'd be out there pimping the PAC12 as the best conference ever. Might even build a wall around the west to keep those southerners from stealing our talent.

I think everyone owes a debt of gratitude to the Oregonian sportswriter, John Canzano, for heralding a consistent message of incompetence surrounding the Pac-12's leadership. He was really the forerunner in building a case against Scott, and his excellent research and asking the right questions finally got the attention of AD's and college presidents within the conference. The power of good journalism (rare) was on full display here.

Perhaps the new commissioner is on his way to the US now, part of the caravan from Central America. He'll be in a Texas tent city within 100 days.
