    It's in there.

His initial plan said Phase 3 includes live sporting events without spectators. He said this week we could "not even be more than a month away" from Phase 3.

Can't be reached for comment because he is living free on vacation that he banned everyone else from doing.

It seems (for once) the ncaa has more sense than a lot of Governors and mayors.

Hope we have a good depth chart and JT decides to stick around, because we are going to have the occasional diagnosis, and hopefully only occasionally at that.

The NCAA needs football. They have nothing to gain but sitting around. Not to mention the SEC is calling the shots and for the first time I'm glad about that.

It is a measure of the incompetence of Newsom and his crew that the NCAA is a beacon of leadership by comparison.

How would they practice passing plays or hand offs? Just go through the motions without a ball I guess.

    Including, according to Dellinger:

“. . . No sharing towels or water bottles. No hugging, no high-fiving and no weight-training exercises that require assistance from a spotter.”

Well stated. It is the height of ignorance and stupidity that the NCAA looks competent and reasoned next to Newsom, Whitmer, Northam, Wolf, Inslee, Brown, Garcetti, etc.

No lifting requiring the assistance of a spotter? That last tidbit just thrown in there? That’s HUGE impact on weight and strength gain!

The ncaa needs all sports to be active, not just football. They already took a major hit with BB tourney.

I alwasy thought there'd be a 2020 season. As long as the nfl goes...so will college football.

You are at the mountain top of stupidity and ignorance. The height of Boulder has affected your brain. You are even dumb
    for the city of Birmingham.

It is obvious you are a leftists, willing to cede all of your rights to Nanny Newsome, because you don't trust your fellow citizen to do exercise proper judgement.
What a poor pathetic bastard you are- waiting around for the Government to tell you what is OK.
FWIW- only been to Boulder once, and never to the entire state of Alabama.I like in Santa Clarita. But since it is obvious you only listen to brain cell killing music, you have no understanding of the origin of my handle.

With the situation as in now it would be fortunate to play a limited season with all kinds
of rules in place. But that is better than no season.
Probably start games with very limited fans and hopefully on tv paid subscription or not.
If there are no cases will be allowed to build up.
But if there are unreasonable amount of cases will be suspended.
Every sport should be considered on its own safety merits.
Right now would take any sports startup.

USC can make the case that Trojan football these days is a non-contact sport. Maybe sell the Air Raid 'Spread Offense' as a "social distancing" measure. Then Clay can show the tape of USC's non-contact defense, well, not tackling anybody.
Yeah, SC might be able to make a convincing argument for a change.

"There will be no passing a football back and forth either, at least early on."

Oh well, there goes Harrell's offense.

    Stepp time!
