Dude - take a tablet. The 32 joke was pretty clever, even if you don't appreciate it.

And for the record, no, Kiffy didn't sign 32. He signed 18 in 2010, and then he gamed the system to take 29 in 2011 (due to snactions) taking 9 of those guys as early entry players. In 2012 he took 14, with 2 blueshirts I believe.

You can say that about every recruit. Only time will tell us how good each kid really is.

It was 30 in 2011. No one was turned away. It was a response to the sanctions and trying to pull every trick out of the bag.

...but more importantly, it was Lane Kiffin. Not our proudest moment.

Bug just likes to hang out here because his own board has three posters and two of them are Tracy.
Hey Bug - I think we are all tired of you defending fUCLA and Kelly ad nauseum - your drivel is tired and old and you should just go away.

Day is not over, but USC just moved up to #4 on 24/7 USC with 18 commits and the three schools above them all oversigned.

The OC Register reports that UCLA commit Chris Murray, a four-star guard, did not sign an LOI for the Bruins during the Mater Dei signing ceremony. It just so happens, three of his teammates are heading to USC…

To answer some of the questions, we signed 3 JCs and had one EE. I know math is hard for a few but 28 - 4 is 24 and Mora never signed a full class. I also expect a few kids to not cut it under Kelly's regime and like at every single institution, there will likely be transfers

This seriously has been a perfect day. I know we all have a tendency to focus on the one who got away type thing (Sewell this year)... but my gosh was this a dominant close. Absolute A+ by HCCH and the gang. If somehow Chris Murray ends up flipping our way then add an extra + after the A+

Now let's get to work for crying out loud! (just kidding... kind of....)

    Fight On!

I'm not terribly saddened by losing out on PS. He's certainly a big dude and maybe he got a little quicker this year, but he plays in my region and the competition for him around here in Southern Utah is pretty dismal. It will be interesting to see how he performs every weekend against guys his own size. Hope he's successful as I wouldn't wish for anything but good for him and his family, but I think we'll be as good without him. Plus, I'd think next year will be a bit more critical for O-line recruits despite that it is necessary to pick them up on a yearly basis.
