Playing something called Grand Canyon University next.

After that, the real pain begins.

Time to clean house since we are a mess once again. I would look to TJ Bruce from Nevada Reno. He recruits the So Cal area & produces with actual victories.

Lost 2 out of 3 to ... Grand Canyon U.

    ??? !!!

How long will Swann wait to make a change at the helm of this once-proud, now pathetic program?

Really? As long as they’re having fun and graduating Swann’s good. Wait...he’s putting.

Obviously USC should be doing better, but GCU is nothing to scoff at. They've dumped money into their program and facilities as they have risen from NAIA to DII to DI over the past 25 years (moved to DI in 2015). They've won at every level and have a great HC

It’s one thing to lose to a rising school like GCU. It’s another to lose to a local LA school like LMU 14-5 on Tuesday. LMU is just as expensive as USC yet managed to get enough players to crush them.

the state of USC baseball is so bad it makes me angry, then sad moving on to wanting to just forget the program exists.

USC does NOT care. We all need to come to grips with that reality.
That reality is going to make the program decline even further, if that is possible. Who the hell wants to send their kid here? Unless they are here for the education...if my kid has the skills to get to the next level, I am better off going to Irvine or Oregon State....or if my kid is borderline and USC is going to give a 1/4 or 1/3 scholarship.

Very true. Maybe USC needs to play Colorado Mesa Univ from here in Grand Junction to get a win. Well maybe not since CMU is ranked #2 in DII. I enjoy watching a winning college baseball program.

This is damn embarrassing. Drop baseball for crissakes if we aren't even going to field competitive teams.

ucla just beat Oregon State, 8-0.

I'm telling you, this is becoming critical. With the current coaches and the last two A.D.'s, the other programs are getting farther and farther ahead of us in all the major sports, including football.

    Basketball: .500
    Baseball: .500, if lucky
    Football: below .500

If changes are not made soon, we won't be able to catch up.

SC needs to move from a D3 AD to a D1 AD.
Sure would like to see SC fans respectfully ask the clown AD WTF he does with his time because winning isn’t on the list.
How he makes speeches to OC fans without getting uncomfortable is disappointing.
