Does anyone know the status of O'Bannon and Porter? Was at the game yesterday and both seemed ok. Are they returning anytime soon? Weaver didn't play because he sprained his ankle in the walkthru on Thursday AM..

I was ready to begin this same thread.
I have learned to never be optimistic, since this will set me up for disappointment.

Until I hear a progress report, I will assume both are out for the year.

With such low expectations, I can only be pleasantly surprised.

Yes, I hope they don't suffer from the Imatorhebe syndrome.

Benny has turned a corner; the rust is off; Derryck has become an asset dishing, shooting prudently; looking for Shaqquan and Jonah to light it up a bit.T

The engine sounds good. Keep up the RPM's. Beat the Cardinal from Palo Alto.

Weaver should be back this week and Porter in a couple of weeks. O'Bannon has had issues with his hand since he broke his pinky. Maybe the surgery was not successful.

So ... two straight years a huge talent is suspended or dismissed or ineligible.

It's always wait til next year with this program. And when next year comes we shoot ourselves in the foot and these big-time talents we all waited for never play.

Enfield loves referencing "distractions" as if they are not completely self-inflicted. All the bullshit with this program for a second year in a row? This clown has to go. Clever move by paying for next years recruiting class. But please.....Lynn Swann.....let an actual basketball coach handle that class.

That shocked the hell out of me when I seen KP2 got dismissed from the team.
This is not a good image for USC, especially for CAE as people outside the program will begin to question what the hell is going on with the program.
I being one of them, which is touche coming from an Arizona fan, but I wonder the same about my own program.

As I have said before, as a fan for 50 years, I have learned to expect nothing from this program.
I don't care how many top recruits are ostensibly coming to USC. I would expect them to either transfer, be suspended, injured, or ineligible.
Come to Galen to enjoy the atmosphere and cheer on the Trojans , but don't come because you expect a winning team.
It is OK to hope, but don't set yourself up for disappointment with expectations that history does not warrant.
