    If team can’t have full fall camp there will be no season.

    Why is Stanford allowed to do more?
    What's the difference between them and Cal, USC or UCLA?

    LA and Alameda Counties are more locked down.

    This. Santa Clara county, where Stanford is, has fewer restrictions right now. Stanford can use a ball during practice, although it can only be touched by two people on a play.
