At least Helton's USC team isn't a 19pt dog to Bama. Looking on the bright side!.

    Pac12 conference of champions!!!

So . . . you're saying that Rosanne Barr in Baywatch is . . . a bad thing? Just want to be clear here.

When life gives you lemons, Helton sucks.

    The Mythbusters agree!

Plus, Rose was a thicc (sic) gal so her natural adipose insulation was better suited for the cold than Jack's lean frame.

Titanic was an emotional chick flick story so Jack was doomed. As my wife always says, "Women and their damn feeeeelings!"

"Dedicated to championships? Good to great? Please."

    Bingo!

This is the $hit that gets me every single time....give me a break with this horrible, lying, suck ass, 'who-do-you-think-you're-BS'ing' crap.

I didn’t mean to offend, Pick. I know these things are in the eye of the beholder.

Great article and kudos for the words on Troy Polamalu. I saw Ronnie Lott play back in the day and can honestly say that he stood out from everyone on the field for his exposive, timely, and smart play. Troy was the same but in a way that only Troy can do - he was cat quick, instinctive and always completed the task. We are really fortunate to have had both Lott and Polamalu in the Trojan legacy. Lastly, you mentioned Troy's humility and that too is worth celebrating. What a great example to all of us.

I remain irrationally proud of the fact that I have never seen that movie. Have been given multiple copies of it, never watched it, never will.

Care to give a quick review of Eat, Pray, Love?

A buddy at the office does a great rant on it. His central theme is if the reverse happened and a guy divorced a wife that still loved him, then shacked up with some bimbo from the theater district (James Franco is the bimbo in this movie), and then spends an entire year indulging himself while traveling the globe how would he be viewed by the same viewing audience?

I wonder if the way to get real integrity in the game is to pay the players. A salary cap of x dollars per school and going to school is optional.

On a BJJ side note Chris, if you make it out to the Pan Ams or the IBJJF Worlds this year, come up and say hi. I’ll be on the floor with a media vest on.

I believe ASU will be the South favorite this Fall.

I purposely avoided watching Titanic, especially when I found out our neighbor's 13 year old daughter (and our baby sitter) saw it eight times in the theater. Who know's how many times on video/dvd.

Only an 18 point dog to Bama?
