Does anyone think that Nikias would address this issue if it had not been drug out into the daylight by the LA Times?

No way. Once again, he got busted with his pants down and now he's trying to salvage the situation when the damage has already occurred. How many other bodies are buried out there that he hopes no one will discover? His M.O. is to deny, deny, deny, and then, when the truth comes to light, he puts out an "action plan" like this to show his deep deep concern about the issue.

How is this leadership? He's the farmer that runs to the barn and closes the door AFTER the horse has already escaped.

Nothing to see here people. Keep moving. Oh, and while you are at it, would you mind making a big donation to the latest USC capital campaign? Thanks.

Max is apologizing because he got caught not because he’s truly sorry. He’s a man of very little integrity and he’s most concerned with the things of the world.

In no way would I keep him around and I truly do hope USC does the right thing and gets rid of him.
