He is entitled to the presumption of innocence. However things are looking bad for him.

Hard to believe that many people would make so many allegations over the course of that many years and have it be one big coincidence of innocence, no?

Nothing in that article is new news. Yes, USC paid him to go away (forced retirement) quietly after a 2-year administrative leave that began in 2016, never notified law enforcement, never notified medical authorities, leaving him completely free to continue elsewhere. Of course Max always claimed he had no knowledge of the claims or settlement but he's lying IMO. I can't find the figure but IIRC, the amount was north of $1M.

I can’t believe they paid a criminal to leave. Our university is a facking mess.

It’s not the likeliness of guilt, it’s the presumption of innocence. If and when prosecutors prove their case there’ll be plenty of time to crucify him. And I’ll be happy to drive in the first nail.

The forced retirement was after 30 years of covering it all up. When you bring in an outside source and they tell you your student's gynecologist is a loony tune, it's time to sever the doctor's employment and notify the medical board. USC failed hundreds of students and has been attempting to force a joke of a settlement knowing full well that some students from Asia are just now hearing about it.

Keep in mind, the hotline they initially set up for victims wasn't directing the calls to mental health experts, or support groups, or even the LAPD. The calls were going straight to risk management.

It's not just the patients. The office staff saw and reported it too. And if that isn't enough, there are the thousands of photographs of patient's genitalia that he had in storage. Those are real. Those are of real victims. So IMO, there is nothing wrong with a private citizen coming to the conclusion that Tyndall violated students, the law, and the Hippocratic Oath.

Tyndall arrested this AM outside his apartment carrying a loaded .38. The police don't believe he has a permit. Complained of chest pains so they took him to the hospital.

You probably want to at least read the University’s summary of its review of the history of this mess and this sicko quack’s employment at USC.

I have never understood how the guy at the top of the pyramid and making the most money always appear to not know what is going on in his organization. Then after the scandal breaks is rewarded with life time membership on board and golden parachute.
