    Sheeple.

If you want to talk about our chances against Alabama then you might go to a different thread.

The way it looks, Clay will get a hall pass on the season.

1 in 103 (0.97%) die in a car crash. I take it you don't drive?

Wow! I guess you didn’t take any math in school. Not even any math in high school.

It’s not a 1% chance of dying every time you get in a car. That 1% chance is spread over all the many thousands of times you get in a car throughout your whole life. Not the same thing at all.

I said I have no problem with Coronavirus weeding out those who can’t do basic math through natural selection, if only they didn’t put other people at risk through their bad choices.

You are making really dumb arguments, but you are getting your wish. Once I saw that Newsom entered into that awful three state compact, I knew we were fucked. Good luck with the rest of your life.

What kind of math has every single person sick at the same time?
    That is some wicked calculations.

    I will go.
    And 3%? please dude.
First, even if every single person there but me had it, i may not get it....and if I did, my chance of dying is more like 0.5%

The stupidest thing about this boils down to one inescapable fact.

    This is NOT going away.
We are not building immunity and come winter of 2021 it will be back.
Are we then going to quarantine and shut everything down again?

Spanish flu pandemic lasted 2 years
    Swine flu lasted 2 years
And that was with out quarantining and herd immunity happening naturally.

Better pray for a vaccine or we won't be at a sporting event for a very long time.

Sporting event? We'll be lucky if we are not in full despair by then. People are going to die and not by this stupid virus. Dangerous game these governors are playing.

    Yep.
15% unemployment is going to kill more than the virus and will take 10 years or more to recover.

Every person 50+ is going to get screwed and those coming out of college and looking for jobs? Gonna suck.

People are going to steal, drink, do drugs and commit suicide. There needs to be a public forum for debate and our voices need to be heard.

Uh, you have heard of flu shots, haven’t you?

Once they get an effective vaccine to market it’s a whole different story.

Do you have the English version of the underlying study or can you translate it from Hebrew?

Actually Gallup went out and asked people what they think. Only a small minority wants to get back to business as usual now.

    https://news.gallup.com/poll/308264/americans-remain-risk-averse-getting-back-normal.aspx

I know, it’s “fake news” because the poll included people who don’t watch Fox.

I agree. I just don’t think we have that long. By then, the economy will be irrecoverable.
