I have not seen anyone even close to him on the Offensive side of the ball since he left and it shows in the offensive production. Then there's Sam Darnold, though he was underrated by recruiting services due to injuries in HS. If not for his play, Helton probably would have fired let go by now. The blue blood programs that can get the 3* work ethic out of a 5* will succeed and will be in the running for the national championship every year, the ones that don't, won't. We have the recruits, we just need someone to instill the work ethic and accountability while getting rid of the entitlement. When we get that back, we will be on top again.
