This issue is also recruiting....kids and their parents won’t commit to a program in such turmoil. And that lack of talent won’t be fully felt for 2-3 years. The next coach, who/when that is will have a serious rebuild in front of them. The good news is the SC brand is powerful enough to pull out of it quicker than just about anyone....with the right hire. So yea, we just cheer the kids on now...hope for the best.
