I laughed to read this comment on that tweet....

"Was kind of hoping for some traditional colors like Yellow tops and Green bottoms and green helmets."

 

I wonder what we'll be wearing for the game. I hope we go with Cardinal jersey and gold double striped pants.

 

As I like to say - Oregon’s gonna keep trying different uniforms til they find one that looks good.

 

I hate Oregon but common? I agree most of their uniform combos suck but they have a few that are awesome!!! I like the Black on Black one ☝️ and some of the grey combos.

This is a business thing. NIKE is a business.

So I'm sitting at a USC game next to some rich fat cat wearing a torn and faded USC Jersey from 1980. He's only had to buy one in decades. USC has a business school right? Does this make good business sense? Oregon will sell one dude 4 a year. Plus recruits like them so it helps there.

 

I know I’m in the minority here..... I think this uniform combination for Oregon is one of the best they have put out there. More of a traditional color combination and it doesn’t scream “look at me because I’m ridiculously ugly”

 

It actually looks tame compared to the yellow 'highliter' unis and the donald duck looking ones. Speaking of minority, will it kill Nike to have a white dude modeling their unis? Or does a lighter skin color clash with the color scheme? It's just an observation of what I've seen from my end so don't make a big deal about it : )

 

I like what Oregon does. They don’t have a rich history, so this is their way of attracting kids.
This is one one of the reasons CFB is so great.
I prefer their old school green/yellow jerseys. The ‘95 Rose Bowl jersey was cool.

 

That is not woke. Black guys only.

 

Can't say I lost much sleep worrying about this last night. Everyone knows what the "O" really stands for!
