Anyone know what recruits are saying? Two years elite players going elsewhere, ducks. Their HC is building from the inside.

He is a former OL, enthusiastic, spent some time with Saban. Drevno has to produce!

My guess: Helton is not going anywhere, lets find a program on the rise or one already at the top

A second guess: The Duck HC is a former OLineman, a former Oline coach, and knows how to use an Oline. Helton is a former Qb, a former Qb coach, and he will yell at us everytime the Qb gets hit.

Their OL coach Alex Mirabal is killing it on the recruiting trail. Drevno is not performing nearly as well. We need a better recruiter, but only a great head coach can attract quality coaches. So we are stuck.

I don't mean to be rude but why ask a question like this? We all know the only way things are going to change is if we fire Helton. We will always get skill players or at least we still get some of them but most of the elite OL, DL, and Defensive players are running from us and Helton is the reason. No if, and, or buts about it. Fire Helton things will change. Keep him, things will keep getting worse.

    What recruits are saying:

"Yeah, that's a bigger pile of money you offered my parents than the other coach offered!"

Plus, o lineman want to run block and knock guys on their butts. When you are pass blocking 60 times a game you are the one taking all the punishment. Elite o lineman want to run block.

Offer every single offensive lineman that Wisconsin offers.

I have felt all along that Drevno's reputation was riding the shirt tails of Jim Harbaugh and Pep Hamalton at Stanford. He has a personality of a door knob. He doesn't relate to young men.

I'm getting ready to dial that fucker up soon. There was a time when I would have been royally pissed off to lose two OL including the best in the west out of Orem, UT to the Zeros, and a J Serra 3 star to Furd. Now I am just numb, and I don't know if it is Drevno's fault, but Tim Davis is still languishing at Northern Arizona. Top OL recruits just don't want to sign with a 7-5 or 8-4 team and we have systematically relegated ourselves to be Oregon's bitch now. I used to call that shit treason. F you very much Claydough and Pat Haden!

Well, the problem with that is that Wisconsin actually coaches their kids up.

This is how you recruit offensive linemen better, you spell it URBAN MEYER!
USC Oligarchs need to put some cash together and buy out his contract and then put some more cash together for Meyer's salary, then put some more cash together and hire the best assistant coaches. That's the road to big boy football recruiting and play on the field.

They put up the money for their luxury condo in the Coliseum so why not put up for the product on the field.

Fight On for ol' SC Our men Fight On to victory

Now put up or shut up Oligarchs or continue sitting in your ivory tower and watch poorly coached players and great recruits go elsewhere!

Viane is our main O Line recruiter, especially with the Poly kids. He did great with Kingsley Suamatala, just not enough. But let’s call a spade, a spade, Oregon is paying recruits. It’s the worst kept secret out there. Actually, it isn’t even a secret anymore. Mario learned well at Bama.

Not defending Drevno, per se, but he is much more well thought of than Davis is, especially in the coaching community. I personally think Ruel is the best O line coach in recent memory
