If it is against Michigan, I will probably be there w my wife. I was going to boycott any bowl games, but my wife and I really need a diversion

Iowa is having a down year. Clay gets lucky again and gets a wounded animal.

The show is on ESPN now. But it's four hours long for some reason

I was there. They were horrible. They were throwing water bottles full of piss at us. Some of the worst fans I have ever seen.

The Holiday Bowl used to have a tie in with the Mountain West. I knew a few guys who helped with it. BYU came every year, Steve Young, et al.

The organizers had a saying, “the Mormons come to San Diego with a copy of the Ten Commandments and a $20 bill, and they won’t break either.”

Boycott for me. Hurts to say it but it's the principle. I won't support Helton.

I'm done as long as Helton is head coach. I cancelled my 6 season tickets and TAF after 35 years. I'll record the games and find other things to do on the weekends.

Much worse ... they are literally pigs. Okie has at least won something, this 2nd rate POS school and program is the definition of white trash.
Now watch Gomer lose to this swine.

100% agree. I was in line at a restroom and an Iowa student came up to me, yelled at me "this is what I think of USC!!!" and then turned around and farted on me.

Inside the stadium, an older Iowa fans (maybe a guy in his 60s) was bad far the most rankled person I ever crossed paths with. The language coming from his mouth at my wife and I was almost comical.

Worst fans I have ever been around. Half of my family lives in Iowa, so that made it a little extra disappointing for me.

Worst (for games I have traveled to):

    1. Iowa
    2. Cal
    3. ASU
    4. ucla

    Best fans:
    1. Oklahoma
    2. Texas
    3. Michigan

BYU fans have been the nicest in my opinion. If you are around the true ND fans (the older ones, they are fine). Oregon State people are nice. Utah is okay.

ASU and Cal are tools. No need to mention the Ruins.

I look forward to traveling to WSU in 2021.

NOTHING is worse than fans of Ohio State Long Haul Trucking Institute. I've heard LSU fans are the rowdiest, drunkest.
But I've never heard if they're trashier than OSU fans. One would think... but I don't know.

Friend who was at Cincinnati went to the Horseshoe one year in Bearcats gear. Dude - who wasn't even going to the game - pulled a gun on him for no discernable reason. He ran away safely and on his way in alerted a cop, within sight of the guy and the cop just shrugged and shoo'ed my buddy away.

My buddy who pedicabbed in Austin when LSU came confirmed that yes they drink like no one he's ever seen before. But they tip far and away better than anyone else, too.

    Nebraska fans? They're absolutely wonderful.

Yes, Robbie Bosco and BYU came to the Holiday Bowel in 1984 and beat a 6-5 Michigan team to go 12-0 and win its only MNC.

You can make a case that mountain west people are the nicest people in the US. I’ve found people from Nebraska, Idaho, Utah, and Montana incredibly nice

Completely agree. We were there as well. We’ve been fortunate to be able to attend numerous away games over the years, and the Iowa fans are without a doubt the WORST. Obnoxious doesn’t begin to describe them.
